Palanivel founded Dexterity in 1999 to provide technology and analytics solutions for Information savvy businesses. Over the years, he built strategies that established the company as a leader in Marketing and Customer Informatics space. Pala brought in thought leaders in the areas of Market Research, Data management and Analytics to build these practices at Dexterity at world class standards.

Pala made Dexterity to be among the Best employers in India and a winner of Smart work places in India, which attracts and retains the best talents. Under his leadership, the company experienced a tremendous growth and was among the “Technology Fast 50 India” and “Technology Fast 500 APAC” for three consecutive years.

Prior to Dexterity, Palanivel handled assignments with MR Industry leaders like ACNielsen and NMR. He has worked with Dun & Bradstreet, Satyam Software, Cognizant Technology Solutions at client facing and solution development roles. Palanivel is a Management Post Graduate from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and an Engineering Graduate from the Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore.

Nimit Trivedi

Nimit brings to Dexterity, over 11+ years of Operations, Consulting & Client Servicing experience. At Dexterity, Nimit is responsible for building and managing relationship with our clients in Europe across all of our service offerings – MRO, Analytics and Insights and Data management.

Formerly, Nimit headed the Online Survey Programming teams on SPSS Data Collection Platform [now PASW Data Collection Platform] at Ugam for 6 years. He serviced, managed and led the survey programming relationship with clients across geographies; US, UK and APAC; some of which are among the Top 10 MR companies globally. He developed and headed the Technical & Process Consulting unit spanning whole of Survey Programming Division. He also conceived, designed and led the development of various automation initiatives. Formerly, he was at Stream International, for over 3 years where he led the technical troubleshooting and support teams for various Hewlett Packard product lines.

Nimit holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering from Mumbai University.
